Hotel basic services:
The current room rate includes accommodation with half board (buffet breakfast and dinner), and use of the wellness: indoor and outdoor pools (swimming pool, a spa pool with spa elements, jacuzzi, children's pool), sauna island (infra sauna, Finnish sauna, soft sauna, steam bath), fitness room.

Taxes:
Prices include VAT, tourist tax to be paid separately on the spot: HUF 430, - / person / night, over 18 years.

Booking with the Gift vouchers:
Hotel gift certificate can be redeemed only and limited through the hotel reservation system, through on other reservation system this is not possible! If you would like to use our hotel gift certificate, please quote to the reference number in the voucher! Not yet agreed by the booking, we can’t accept the voucher! Reservations can be valid only with the confirmation of the hotel!

Cancellation Policy
The customer should communicate written a renunciation of the services in each case.
Individual guests can cancel their bookings for the services ordered 2 days prior to arrival without penalty. In the case of a cancellation within 2 days prior to arrival (or if no show), the order is required to pay + 1 night room rate booked services (eg, half board) as a penalty. If the Guest has a confirmed stay time and the guest arrive in a subsequent date or leaves earlier, the order is obliged to pay for the complete costs of the confirmed period.
If the Guest has confirmed Medieval feast and will replace it for half board (in case of intolerance or some other illness):

• that can do so free of charge until 12:00 pm on the day,
• after 12.00 P.M. adults HUF 1.500,-, children HUF 1.000,- cancellation fee have to pay
• after 5:00 P.M. the guest will lose the value of the dinner.

How to get there

Sümeg lies on the western part of the country 180 kilometres far from Budapest, 20 kilometres far from the Lake Balaton, 30 minutes from the Fly Balaton airport in Sármellék and 100 kilometres far from the nearest western crossing point next to the Road 84.
